Urban Decay Spring 2009 Collection

Hey fellow beauty and fashion addicts. I have sooo much I want to blog about for you, but tonight unfortunatly I dont really have time. SOOO instead of not giving you anything at all, I thought I'd give you guys another preview of a Spring makeup collection. This one is from Urban Decay. Here's what is available now on their website:

At Home Facial For Winter Skin

Hello fellow beauty and fashion addicts. Since the weather is getting colder and colder, (at least where I live), tonight I'm going to tell you how to do an at home facial that is perfect for dry, winter skin. If you have 15 minutes, you can make your skin feel soft again.

Step1: Soak a washcloth in warm water and place over face. Leave there for about one minute.

Step 2: Scrub face with a facial scrub. This will rid your face of any dead skin cells, which could be making yourcomplexion dull.

Step 3: Use a facial mask( you can get one pretty cheap at a drugstore, or you can always go high end if you prefer. My favorite drugstore variety is Neautrogena Clear Pore Cleansor Mask.)

Step4: Don't forget to mositurize. It's important to use a moisturizer at least once a day in the wintertime, especially if your skin is prone to dryness. One that i like is Clean and Clear Morning Burst Moisturizer, but there are many other good ones you can try. use what works best for you.

If you follow these easy steps, your skin should be feeling softer. And even if you dont have time for a full facial like this, you should at least use a moisturizer either in the morning, or before bed at night. The more hydrated your skin, the better it will look and feel, especially in the winter.

Gossip Girl Fashion: In The Realm of the Basses

Tonight's Gossip Girl was amazing, and their fashions were as well. So of course, I have to post pictures of them. Later this week I may post a how to for these looks. For now, enjoy the pics

I LOVE everything Blair wears, she is my fashion idol. Above are my favorite Blair looks from tonight's episode. A simple way to get the second look is to wear a black pencil skirt, gray tights, black pumps, and a brown peacoat or cardigan. I love the ruffles on Blair's shirt in the third picture. And of course, it wouldnt be a Blair Waldorf fashion without the signature headband! When I find out the exact designers she is wearing here, I will definitely let you guysknow!

Lily Pulitzer is one of my FAVORITE fashion designers. Ever since I saw her fashions while interning at a fashion magazine last year, I have loved them. Today, while surfing the internet, I discovered that Lily Pulitzer also makes beauty products! How did I not know this?
